Task Nº1: Collaboration activities
1.- I have participated in loads of activities, for instance I have taken workshops to some students that have missed the class when the workshop was taken while the teacher is taking another test or making another task. Also I have helped the teacher in a oral test while she was paying attention to what the students are saying I was asking to the students the respective questions. I have recollected the tasks too. And once the teacher had a cold so she could not talk aloud and therefore I have to talk all the things that the teacher asked me to say or to do.
2. General speaking the atmosphere in the classroom is very noisy and sometimes uncomfortable because of the arguments that often occur between the students and the teacher.
The interaction among the students and me is pleasant. They are respectful toward my presence in the classroom. The students do not feel afraid to ask me thing that maybe they do not understand or to tell me something about them. And the interaction between them is admirable to some extent, they protect each other, if some classmate needs something, they go to help him. But also they protest to defend a classmate against the teacher. They take care of each other.
Task N°2: Reflection
I like the job that I am doing at school. When I am in the classroom I feel that I can help the students in things related to the relation between them and the teacher and in more academics things, for instance maybe to make that the teacher understand their thoughts or to help them to understand the idea of a paragraph. Those kinds of things make me feel very glad. Also I like because I have learnt loads of thing from the guide Teacher, things that I do not have to do and other that of course I have to. In my case this vise is very useful I am shy so I need to improve my character in order to deal with an entire classroom full of students even to talk to them is difficult for me, therefore the experiences I have lived, are important in my develop as a teacher. I like a lot the job that I am doing in this vise.

1. - I have helped to the teacher in several activities as keep an eye on the children when they are taking a test or making things to motivate children in different ways.
2. - The relationship between students is really changeable, sometimes they are the Best Friend in the world and then at the next week they do not speak each other. However, this behaviour is more common on the 6th grade. Kids, in class, are always making noise but it is a characteristic of kids in general.
The relation between them and I is really comfortable, they are very respectful also they make me enjoy every minute I spent in class.
Task Nº2: Reflection
I really like my job as an assistant because I can help to the teacher to make a more interesting class; working together we can save time, teach more things in one single class, we could give special attention and more time to kids that have other way to learn and finally we also could make in the class some games in order to keep the children concentrated. Kids also make me feel proud of their abilities and I, as the teacher assistant, am sometimes more confident with them.

I have helped teacher in different things , I'm always checking tasks and that type of things. Also While teacher is writing in the blackboard I help the girls with their doubts and if the teacher is taking an exam I have to walk around the classroom in case of cheating or if they have any question.
2.Describe the classroom atmosphere and students interaction with you and among themselves during classroom work.
The relationship between students is very good, they all seem to be very close and friendly.I have noticed that they have a lot of disposition to help each other and also to listen.The atmosphere in the classroom is very changeable , one day they are organized and obedient but the other are noisy and desobedient , so in those cases is more difficult to do the activities.The relationship between the girls and I is very good specially with the littles, they are respectful and considerate with me.

I like my job as assistant , because the fact that I can help to the others and they can learn about what I know is awesome. Every time that I have to go to school the girls receive me with a lot of disposition to listen to me or to ask me every time that they have doubts, and also I feel very satisfied about my work in classroom because girls are always talking to me about everything not only the subject, they tell me about what they did on weekend and those things. The girls also make me feel more confident about my knowlegde and that is very good for me .

I help the teacher doing some extra papers for the student about the subject that they have been studying in classes in order to do a kind of support material for them. Also I help writing things on the board, looking for videos or songs if the teacher wants to do something more didactical. Sometimes I install the data or the radio.
2. Describe the classroom atmosphere and students interaction with you and among themselves during classroom work.
Well, in the 5th grade it is very difficult to get on well with the students, they are very annoyed sometimes but when certain classmates don’t assist, the class is very good and the atmosphere is very friendly between me and them. In the 8th grade is another different situation. They are more kind and respectful with me and the Guide Teacher. They can answer questions and ask things if they don’t understand something. Is very good for me be with them in classes.

I like my job as assistant , because I love helping other students to be better no just in term of knowledge , be a role model could be the most meaningful to me in this case and also they can learn about what I know, This is awesome. Also I like because I have learnt a lot of things from the guide Teacher, things that are not related just with teaching , for example how hard is be a teacher in a public school. Every time I heard a kid saying something in English that they remember because of me is something that makes me feel very proud. I really like how difficult , meaningful and beautiful has been this experience for me.

Task Nº1:
1. - During the period of teacher assistant, I did different kind of activities. In my first class with 8th grade, I had to develop an activity, of the activity book, with the students and then check it. The teacher was present in the class, but she was doing another thing. However she helped me every time that I needed help. In my second class with the same course I had to help the teacher with some paper work, because I had to staple some tests. Also I helped the students in a workshop that they had to do; this was related to the contents of the test. Mainly I had to answer student’s questions. In the classes with first year I had to be constantly helping the teacher with the students. For example I had to help the students in the activities they had to do. Also I helped the teacher in some games. In these games I had to choose few students and gave them some flash cards. With second grade the activities were very similar. I had to help the teacher with the students. Helping them with the workshop that they had to do and checking the activities. Also in second year I had to learn a dance in order to rehearse this dance with the students. The teacher checked this activity with the students, while I was rehearsing with the students.
2. - The atmosphere with 8th grade in the first class was very unpleasant, because there was too much noise and I couldn’t do the activity very well. But in the second class the atmosphere was very pleasant, the student were quiet. And I can answer all the questions. The relation between the students is nice, they respect themselves. Sometime there are some jokes between men students. In first year the atmosphere was always nice, because the students did they work. It was noise, but they worked and let to do the activities. The relation between them is a little selfish, because they are constantly telling the teacher or me the things that other students do. In second year the atmosphere in the first class was very enjoyable, because they worked silently. But in the second class they were very noise and they didn’t want to do the workshop. The relation between them is very nice, they are very friendly each other. The relationship between them and I is good and some time more confident than the teacher.
Task N°2: Reflection
I really enjoyed this stage, because I could do different kind of activities, learn and participate more actively of the class. For example I could learn how to develop a funny class with little students, because these kinds of classes have to be more entertainment and interesting. Also I learnt how to manage time, when we have to do a workshop or activity with the students. However the part that I enjoyed the most was that, I had more participation in the class. I could interact more with the students and help them with different problems related to the activities. Finally I think be an assistant is a very useful experience for us, we were in contact with the job that teachers have and how them deal with it every day and we were in touch again with the educational system.

In 5th grade, the students are very enthusiastic, they try to answer questions and participate in class, but sometimes they don’t want to do anything and they behave in a disrespectful way; it becomes difficult to keep their attention.
The 7th and 8th grade are totally different, they are kind with me and the professor. The class is warm and the atmosphere is friendly between the pupils. They are obedient with me, and very joined as course. As a result the interaction among the student and me is pleasant.
Task N°2: Reflection
I like my job as assistant. When I go to the school and the class starts, I feel very well because I know that I can help others. Thanks to this VISE I have realized that I love teaching. I enjoy this stage because it allows me to take part more actively in the class. Also I’ve learnt about the students, they teach me new things every Friday. Now I understand the importance that has this experience in our life, it has opened my eyes and has helped me to understand for example, the difficult thing that is to be a teacher in a public school between other things.

1.- I have done a lot of activities as guide teacher’s assistant. One of them is to distribute dictionaries to the students each class. The other one, more useful, is to answer student’s questions or doubts about the subject; I think this helps a lot, because helping students gets easier and faster. One day I did a review to students about Present Simple. I worked with them and most of them participated in the activities that I gave to the class. I have also taken care of them while the teacher has to do something urgent.
2.-Atmosphere in class is light. There are not big problems between students and classmates or teachers. They considerate me as another teacher, so I can note respect from them to me. They are not “shy” at the moment of asking me anything and they look comfortable with me in the classroom. Among themselves, sometimes they are kind of rude; shouting, making rude expressions, etc. But is not that bad as if they had a “bullying” problem. Well, the main problem there is that they are always whispering things during que class, so that they often don’t pay enough attention as they should.
Task N°2: Reflection
Being teacher’s assistant is not that bad. At the beginning, I was not enthusiastic about that idea, because I thought that students in practice were bad seen at schools. But I realised that the Director and other teachers (at least in the school that I am) really consider young future teachers as people with enough energy to do the things well. My guide teacher gave me the authority of a techer in the classroom, so that I can take my rol seriously and cooperate to her. I have trying ways of explaining things and I can note that I have improved my way of teaching, because students understand what I want to say or what I want to explain. Now I like being an assistant, because I don’t feel any kind of pressure and I can get into education system; I can experiment How is “to be a teacher” like.

Task nº 1: Collaboration activities.
1.- I have participated in different activities during the periods of teacher's assistant, for example I always have to check if the students are working in class and also help them with the activities when needed.
Another common activity that I have done in several times is the development of working guides, related to specific topics.
Finally, although that I know it is not part of the assignments that I am allow to do, I had to run the class while the teacher was doing classes in another grade.
2.- The atmosphere in the classroom is sometimes a bit uncomfortable because of the arguments between the students and the lack of respect from the girls to each other.
On the other hand, when they have to work, they always ask me for their doubts in order to finish their assignments respecting me as a real teacher.
Due to the fact that their English is elementary it takes them 2 or 3 classes to finish the work, but I have noticed how they put all their effort to do the work correctly.
Task nº 2: Reflection.
1.- I like my job as assistant, because I have learned lots of things about the students and their personalities, and the most important, I am learning how to treat them.
I don’t mind if I have to answer the same question two or three times, because my objective is the students finally could learn.
I love doing working guides and preparing extra material for the classes and I feel really glad when the teacher congratulates me for the done work.

I have done already some activities as such as: cheking the role, cheking the homework, helping in the correct pronunciation in basics words (numbers, colors) etc. I have even prepared some workshop too.
The relation between second grade students is normal, it is impossible to expect that some of them do not fight or argue in the school, because is a social risk school. Within the classroom environment is the same, but we always try to keep them busy as much as possible, but with fun activities. So with this we prevent any kind of problems in the classroom.

I like my job as assistant, because I have learnt a lot of things like: the teacher must be always prepared for any kind of circunstance, until the simplest one. I have learnt too that is more difficult teaching in a public school, and that it exists one skill for each student. I have learnt of my professor guide that this job is not as terrible as people say.
I like too helping students in things like pronunciation, because the kids on this age do not be afraid about repeat after me.
I think that this experience has been good and very usefull.

1.In Vise II I have participated a little bit more than I did in Vise I, mainly because now I’m with students from 3rd and 4th grade so they ask more things, not only related to english, but they also ask if they can go to the bathroom, or if I can borrow them a pencil and stuff like that, while in Vise I, I was with older students (secondary) so they only asked me about the class. Some of the activities that I have done incluede, review notebooks, explain guide activities to small groups, answer questions from the students, deliver tests, tell the girls to enter the classroom and wear ther uniforms, correct the activities done in class and explain them if they didnt understand somethin, like the instructions for an activity, or a specific content.
2. In one class, 3ºE the students are very noisy and they don’t work very well, they are playing and talking all the time, but the girls are very sweet, they gave me presents (little notes and drawings) and I think that they like me, because every time I arrived to the classrom, they hug me and tell me that they are happy to see me. Also the students always ask me if the don’t understand something, so I think they trust me. Also I have learnt that sometimes they need some motivation in order to do the activities, for example, one time I told them that I would borrow them one of my pencils if they do the activity, fortunatelly they agreed and did the task.
In the other class 4ºB is very similar to 3ªE but more quiet, they also ask me lots of things and I always try to explain them the best I can.
Task nº2: Reflection
Until now I really like my job as an assitant. It’s been very different from Vise I, because I have never been with kids so young, but I have learnt a lot, the teacher has been great, and she has give me all the information that I’ve wanted to know. I wish I could spend more time with the students, but they only have two hours of English at week. Sometimes I feel like I have just enter the room and I already have to leave. But the most important thing to me is that I feel useful, I think that I am really helping the teacher and the students. I’m still no sure if I would like to work with kids in the future, they can be very difficult at times, but it’s also a lot of fun, the only thing that I know for sure, is that, so far, this experience has been fantastic.

Collaboration Activities
As the Guide Teacher’s Assistant I have helped her in a variety of tasks, such as assisting the students on the classroom activities that they are having trouble with, or re explaining the instructions when they hadn’t understood the information given by the teacher. I have also helped to maintain the class discipline. Since I’ve been helping out in a grade 2 and 3 class the noise level tends to get pretty high when the teacher tries to explain something. I try to make them lower it down, focus on what they have to do, and pay attention to the teacher.
As I previously mentioned, the class atmosphere tends to get quite noisy, especially in the grade 3 class. However students in both classes seem to be very pleased with the fact that I’m there to help them out, some of them even make drawings as gifts for me, which I think it very sweet and really appreciate it. Grade 2 students are little bit more considerate to each other since they are always willing to lend their classmates things that the other ones may not have. On the other hand, the third graders tend to argue more, and have more classroom conflicts.
Reflection
So far, my job as assistant has been going very well. I like doing classroom work, despite the fact that students do get noisy sometimes. As I mentioned before, the girls I have been working with are very sweet, and that encourages me to help them with their classroom activities, and make them want to learn. I try to help the teacher as much as I can, and at the same time make it clear to the students that she’s the authority in the classroom, and whatever is done has to be under her approval.

As the Guide Teacher’s assistant I have had the opportunity to do many constructive activities for my practice. For example:
- Calling the role
- Checking homework
- Help the pupils when they have doubts about the subject or about the activities.
- Cooperate in the formation at the playground
- Hand out some supporting material
2.Describe the classroom atmosphere and students interaction with you and among themselves during classroom work.
The atmosphere at the classroom is very different from 5 º B to 5 º A.
In the classroom of 5 º B, the atmosphere is very tense, because there are several pupils who have behavior problems, so, the teacher and I must be very strict with them. In addition, most of the time in which I interact with them, I must call them the attention because of bad behavior, so, we do not get on completely well. But obviously there are some exceptions, overcoat with girls. They like to ask their doubts and they are very grateful. The interaction between them is good, they are not selfish between them, but in general they do not treat each other with respect because they nickname them inappropiately.
In the classroom of 5ºA happens totally the opposite. Boys and girls are very participative, and they always have doubts and they like to ask me things about my life … So, the atmosphere with them is much more friendly and close, because they behave well, they do the assigned activities and due to his curiosity they learn a lot of things and they are more active too. Between them they are very good classmates, they are cooperative and they share their things.

I have really enjoyed each time that I have gone to do my VISE II to Gaspar Cabrales School. I have felt freezing and also sleepy sometimes because I have to be every Monday at 7:45 in the school, but I really like the work that I have been doing. I like it because I have learned many new things, the pupils that I have now are much more participative than the children of the school at which I was doing my VISE I last year, so this is a new experience for me. In addition, now I can do more activities because the teacher allows me to work widely with the pupils. Also, the rest of the teachers and the staff members of the school treat me with respect and are friendly and kind with me. It’s important too that the teacher has taught me several things that are necessary to learn, as the use of the classes’s book for example, and this is very valuable for me. Also I could have observed different ways of teaching the subject to the pupils - I have learned to be more didactic. In general, this has been a very enriching experience for me.

1.-BRIEFLY DESCRIBE THE ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED AS THE GUIDE TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
I’ve done tasks like checking copybooks or helping students with their doubts about how to pronounce or the meaning of a word. About my job checking their copybooks I can say that I only checked if they had the entire contents with the respective objectives of the class and obviously the date. I think the last things I did, such helping they with the pronunciation were very useful because they had an oral test that was a dialogue. And many of them had problems with that.
2.-DESCRIBE THE CLASSROOM ATMOSPHERE AND STUDENTS INTERACTION WITH YOU AND AMONG THEMSELVES DURING CLASSROOM WORK.
I have to say that they are not very quiet, quite the contrary they are very talkative and is difficult to make them pay attention. Some of them are lazy but on the other hand a group of the class is interested in the subject. The students interaction with me is good. They are respectful and kind. They are always laughing about everything.

I liked my job as a teacher‘s assistant. I think it is a fantastic idea helping others and these experiences make you feel confident. I mean these experiences give you a backup for the future. The girls are funny and warm hearted. They always have asks to us. So there are classes in which we have lot of work and another that we do almost nothing. But I think I could do more things because we are two assistants in class and we share the job. When we finish our tasks we have nothing to do more than just watch and wait for the break. Anyway it is a great experience where we are learning class by class how the teacher’s world is, especially how to deal with the students with their different personalities, problems, learning abilities, etc. Well, I have to say that I’m glad doing this, because I feel that I have learnt many things not only from my guide teacher also from my students.

Task nº 1 : Collaboration activities
The English workshop
I have 15 children in charge, they are the lower graded students, and my duty is to level them so they can keep up with the rest of the class. I do the same unit they do in the morning with the guide teacher. I have to clear doubts, exercise and review vocabulary. In class I help the teacher with the exercises and the classroom discipline because they are too many (36) to control at once.
The classroom atmosphere
In the morning is a constant chaos, they speak, jump, play, run, listen to music etc. It is very hard to keep their attention; still they are very respectful with us. Some of them don’t like each-other but they don’t fight, they just don’t speak to the other. The guide teacher is working on that.
In the afternoon they are not so many, so I have managed to gain their respect. They know I am a student and how old I am, they also know I deserve the same respect as the guide teacher. The majority is very participative, helpful and educated. It’s is a very good class, despite the mess and the differences between them.
Reflection
I love my job as an assistant. The opportunity of being alone with a class makes me feel like a real teacher. It is very nice to create a relationship with the students, learn about them, their different personalities and abilities. Sometimes is a little frustrating repeat something a thousand times and don’t be understood, but it is challenging as well. I have tried to create a fun class every week, with games, or activities that allow them to be active the entire period. They’d notice that, and showed their appreciation. The fact that I started with 10 and now I have 5 volunteers makes me feel really good.
The main reason we have VISE is to realize if you are willing to be a teacher after the experience, so far I am. It is a very different experience comparing with last year, when I was very disappointed of the school I was designated, but not of education.

Collaboration activities
As a Guide Teacher´s assistant I have contribuited in many sorts of activities. Most of the time helping to students in solving doubts, checking homeworks or sometimes handing out some supporting material.
The classroom atmosphere
Usually the classroom atmosphere is quite respectful between students but there are times which two or three pupils starting to make noise. So the teacher has to ensure that everyone pay attention to the class, especially in 7th and 8th grade. But in the 5th grade the atmosphere is clearly different. The kids tend to be a good students here. The interaction among them is quite normal, they are kids so it is a bit difficult that every child is in a absolute silence. Most of them do their homeworks well done. If someone has a doubt we both the teacher and me help it.
Reflection
I really like it my job as an assistant especially in the 5th grade. At the beginning I thougth that children were complicated but now I think completely the opposite. They are so cute and obedient with the exception of some of them of course. The first VISE was different to the VISE what I am doing now because in the first one there were just little boys and now the school is mixed thus, comparing both situations in mixed courses there are less conflicts that in boys schools according to my experience. Whatever every vise is a new experience.

Task 1
My participation in the 8ºD classroom as a guide teacher’s assistant has been strange because in the last VISE I had more participation than now.
In class I have to check the notebooks and when they are in a test I have to look them in order to they don’t do traps, the most of the time I have to be seated, so I can observe the behavior of the girls. I know them because the last year I did my VISE there , in the same place so our relationship is very good, however there are girls that I have never had a contact.
Among them, the relationship is good. They have been together since first grade.
During the classroom work they send messages to each other on little pieces of paper. (They are always doing it). The atmosphere is very noisy however it is comfortable because I am already used to.
Task 2
I really enjoy being in the classroom because I feel that I am helping to the girls.It is really nice to feel the respect from the girls and their love.
When I am in the school I feel that I want to be a teacher. The unique problem is that I spend a little bit time (only an hour) with the girls in the classroom. In the another hour, I have to work in a comprehension reading project in the computation laboratory. I don’t like it because I would like to spend more time on the girls. I think that I need more time in order to know them and to help them. The most of the girls have a lot of difficulty with our subject and they have not understood the importance of the English yet.

Task Number 1
1- During classes the teacher and I as a team attend the students, answering their questions in order to disipate their doubts. If it is a drawing or a painting assignment I get to help them with some of their work but only to show them how to do it, not to do the hole work for them; trowing a few lines, showing them the right colors, the right technique and stuffs like that.
2- The atmosphere is really nice once you pass the introduction, the students are very polite to me, only that they seem to be more interested into showing me other aspects of themselves other than their art works, wich meanwhile some may think that's a handicap I think is a very important aspect of my work as a theacher because I get to know them better and with that help them more with their works. I get to know how they think and learn.
On the other hand, they seem to be very friendly with each other but sometimes that makes them to play and fool around too much in the class wich is pretty anoying.
Task number 2
I like it very much, I graduated in that school and I been working there for 3 years already, I know most of the teachers and many of their students, so the enviroment is very familiar. A lot of the students recognize me and they treat me with respect. Also is very nice that many of them have really good art skills so is very interesting to see their works in progress and help them to develope more and more as artists.

In the last session I have been participating with the whole class, explaining the use of the “Question words” and how to identify them, for example, which words are used to know about places, time and the things that happen. Also I have been directing activities at the beginning of the class, which appear in the book, giving the instructions, the time that we are going to use and later, I have corrected the answers in the whiteboard. All this facts were supervised by the English guide teacher.

The atmosphere was very comfortable because the Miss prepared the environment and she introduces me as a teacher and explained to the students the role I was going to have in the classroom. So the students already knew why I was in their class, and I was pleased and highly motivated to do the activities.

I think that I’m doing an adequate job, perhaps it is not the best but neither the worst, so for this reason I prefer explain in that way. In terms of experience, it has been very successful, because I have learnt different ways to explain topics rather difficult for the students. The guide teacher has been very important for me, since she always gives me pieces of advice, in order to improve my teaching skills. At the end of each period of class I ask her for feedback, because, it is very important for me to know how I am working with the students, if I am doing a good or bad work, and the things I could develop about the students and their abilities.

As a Guide Teacher's assistant I have had some work. For example.
-I have called the role.
-I have done some extra homework to a number of students.
-I have helped some students with problems on the learning stage of a subject in particular.
-I have assited the teacher in any way he/she asked me.
-And recently the teacher asked me to do an entire class with my own material (photocopies), which I performed with no problems.

At the beginning students used to see me as a "minor worry", but now they have understood that my presence in the classroom is as important as the presence of my guide teacher. I might not be talking in front of the class all the period, but I'm always asking them if they have any doubt on the exercises, which, has given me more approach to the students ( the greet me when they see me, the ask me how I feel, they say good bye when I'm leaving...). And between them they are quite disrespectful, ocassionaly some students have been suspended because of their behavior but are the minority ( that is the time when the teacher and me, try to explain them how to act in differents situations).

Actually my job as assistant has been really rewarding, because in a beginning I never thought to do class in a "state school", but now that I'm there, I have felt really great when I help kids to do some exercises. Task 1
1_ As the assistant I have participated in some activities. I checked the student’s homework, I gave the english texts and helped to students to understand it. I helped with the order in the classroom, trying to calm down the students, and be prepared for every bad situation. I participated in a ceremony on May 21, I helped with the order and I saw a very beautiful students show. I corrected some tests and gave the marks to the students.
2_ The school is very complex, it has a lot of bad students, and is known by that, but the classroom atmosphere is good depending on the situation. For example, when teacher explained something in an “oral way” students were very noisy and they didn’t pay attention, but when teacher said “Copy this” they calm down and copied every word that teacher wrote.
The interaction with me is good, some students talk me and when they need some help they ask without shame. But at the same time there are some students that are very noisy and I try to calm down them.
Task 2
1_ I like my job as assistant because now I have more experiences with students and I know a little bit more what I can do in certain situations. But there is a bad part too. I am in a very complex school, and I see very unusual things, for example very noisy and stressful girls, little boys hitting some other students, some unruly students that don’t want to enter to the classroom, etc.. but there are very good situation and good students, but they must be noisy because the bad students give an incentive to be like them.
After all, I feel motivated with this job, I think at the end of this semester I will have another point of view of teachers and how to be a good teacher, because I am living new experiences every time I arrived to this school and I feel that I’m growing up like a teacher.

I have participated in a lot of activities inside the classroom. I have helped to resolve the assigments and explain them in a easy way. Also i have written the whole guide on the blackboard and after that we have explained the guide: how to do it, how to conjugate the verbs,etc. Also i have done some homeworks with the students and check if the students are working on the homework. Generally speaking, i have helped in all the things that miss Maylin tell me. Sometimes i have to get out the classroom to photocopy some guides. But i usually explaine the contents.
2.Describe the classroom atmosphere and students interaction with you
and among themselves during classroom work.
They are very respectful with me. I haven`t had any problem with them. The only problem is that they talk loudly and i dont want to hear all the thing that they do. Also they are a bit lazy because they prefer listening music or doing another thing instead of doing the assignment. The relation among them is like the tipycal relation between friends and classmates: they tell their secrets and sometimes they are disordered. The problem is that the homeworks takes them 2 or even 3 classes to finish. It is along time. But generally speaking the atmosphere inside the classroom is respectful but a bit slow in terms of doing the activities.

This is our second year teaching and working as an assistant. Due to it i could realised it is what i want to do for the rest of my life: being a teacher. I think it is an enteresting and funny job because we can meet different people every year. I really like teaching, this is my vocaction. I am very patient and i don`t have problems to explain the contents even several times. When the students get a good mark and they give me their acknowledgment, I really feel pleased and satisfied. Also I feel useful working and helping the teacher and students.

I usually do activities like helping students, in order to solve their doubts about the class or assignments, also I tried to support to the teacher of the class helping him with materials I create in my free time. Another important thing to take into account is that I’m always trying to keep up the silent and the order in the class room. And, to finish, I’m always willing to the teachers requirements such as: to put in order the class room, help him with the data show, etc.

Classroom atmosphere is quite noise at the beginning of the class, however, when the teacher starts with the explanation everybody pays attention silently. When students interact with me, they do it in a respectful way, avoid saying bad words, and trying to behave in good manner. On the other hand, when they interact among themselves, they usually say bad words, sometimes they forget about their manners and start acting like if they were younger than they really are. Nevertheless, a very important thing for me to say, is that they hardly ever behaves in a violently way among themselves.

I really enjoy my job as assistant, and I have several examples to demonstrated to you.
A very important reason for me is the one which have to do with my future, as I want to become a teacher, I think is very important to learn as much as I can from teachers that have more experience than me; also I consider that being on the school allows me to learn about the different kinds of students I will face in a few years, without mention how to learn to deal with them.
Another important issue is that I enjoy being with students mainly because they can transmit to you their happiness and energy; without mention that they can make you laugh with their jokes and uncontrollable imagination.

1.-In the school I’m collaborating, I have helped the guide teacher in doing revisions of the contents he is explaining. I have also revised tests. He asked me to, I had to carry them to my house and give them back the next week. Also, the teacher asks me to say certain words to teh class, in order to explain the way some words are pronounced.
Normally the head teacher left the classroom during the class and I have to lead the class, make them quiet, or even keep explaining what she was doing.
2.- The atmosphere in the classroom is quite disapointing. If they were in silence for 5 minutes would be incredible!. Much of them are not interested in english at all, so they not write anything and just put their efforts in talking loud, running through the room or even fighting.
They have problems with authorities. They do not respect the head teacher and I. Among them looks like they have a better relationship, but it changes quite fast.
Task N°2: Reflection
My work as assistant is going very well. Helping the kids makes me feel happy, the fact that they are learning from you is incredible. Every time I have to go there kids receive me with a lot of enthusiasm, they start jumping around me, then they start hugging me which makes me feel comfortable. When in class they are asking me different kind of words, so I make them repeat after me the new words I have taught to them. Seeing their faces after learning something new has no price. Of course there might be a lot of mistakes in the way I interact with the class, but I’m trying to improve my skills in order to be as good as I can.

I have helped the guide teacher with different kind of things in class. I usually have to check homework, activities or help the students if they have some doubts with exercises or if there are some new words they don’t know. Also, I assist her giving examples about vocabulary and carrying material to the class like dictionaries in order to use them in some activity.

and among themselves during classroom work.
The interaction between the students and me is ok, but it could be better. Most of them aren´t interested in classes and don´t pay attention to what the teacher says. For that reason, when I try to help them whit some activities they told me that they don’t care about it and push me aside. However, there are few students that at least try to learn something and I try to help them with everything they could need. About the interaction among themselves, some days they are nice and friendly with everyone, but sometimes they arrive to the classroom in a very aggressive way. This behavior causes problems, discussions and even fights between them in class! Maybe is because they had problems at home and that make them get annoyed.
Task N°2: Reflection
Well, I can say that I have really enjoyed being an assistant teacher. At first I was not very happy with the school, because the students are nosy, troublemaker and things like that. But then I realized that these kids only need some motivation and a helping hand to go forward. Also, it’s very nice to share your knowledge with the students that are interested to learn and I felt good when I can be helpful. Another good reason for being as an assistant teacher at the school is that I can learn many things that will help me in the future when I’ll have to be in charge of a class.

1- During my training teacher days I have participated in all kind of activities related with what sutdents are learning. Teacher always ask me to give examples of certain wrods. I usually explain students´doubts. I tried to teach them by giving examples of their daily life in a way they can get ideas easily. Also I help teacher when she is wrting some exercises at the board. She doesn´t seem well-prepared and I think she is not really into student´s learning. In addition to this the tipical activities I have to do are the followings:
- To reply students ´questions
- To give them some words´meanings
- To watch them during a test.
2- Fortunately I have had a very good relationship with students. Instead of being messy students they have showed respect to me and I feel they try to do their best at classes. AT beginning it was a bit complicated but by now they do their homeworks gradually. I can say that it is a nice atmosphere when you really make feel students confortable. They tend to behave roughly but they are not agressive people. They do not want to show themselves.

- Generally speaking I like my job as assistant in a way that you can feel if I´m doing well as a professional. I think being a teacher is a very demanding job but also it is rewarding when you can notice that children are learning and also when they are motivated and they really want to learn how to speak a foreign language. But in the other hand I feel frustrated because classes are not fully english which is a huge drawback because if you do not practise everyday you will lose the condition of bilingual person. Technically at public classes are hardly ever spoken in english . In addition to this I do not want to regret what I did. So I think we as english teachers have a very hard task which is to reform the current english classes which does not encourage children to speak a foreign language and they just learn some words and stuff.

TASK I: Collaboration activities
1. The action that I always like to do is to walk through the classroom, helping and answering some questions they may have and checking their vocabulary. Another activity that the teacher commands me to do is to write the class objective and the activities that we are going to do in that period of time. The teacher told me that in the next period she was going to teach the students the simple past. So, I suggested her to create a lesson by my own and revise it in classes. I did it and the teacher provided me feedback. Now, I am going to propose her if I could create a test, just a simple one, to check if the students are learning or not the past form of some irregular verbs.
2. The classroom gets really noisy from time to time. But, they stop this when the teacher started to talk. The students create a good learning atmosphere when they want to. The idea is to motivate them because I can see a lot of potential on them. I have created a good relationship among the students. I guess that they trust me when I want to teach them something. I like it when they call me teacher because I realize that they see me as a figure of respect. I noticed that they are all friends but obviously, they are gathered into groups depending on their personality.
TASK II: Reflection
When I was in VISE 1 I always wandered “when am I going to participate in the class?” I liked when the teacher started a new unit and she was explaining the contents and I imagine how I could do that, what kinds of activities I could create to teach them better. And now I have the possibility to do that because my guide teacher has given me the confidence to suggest her activities. Well, when I first get to the classroom, I did not know what to do, how I could get into the classes or provide more information. Now, I know that I can go from side to side of the room helping the students. And the students have helped me also. They ask me questions or I can just clear some doubts about a lyric that they have. I thought that this VISE was going to be just like the other, but I was wrong. This is the best experience I have had in the university so far.

Task 1.
As assistant, I´ve had some works.
I´ve had to teach the numbers, since how to writing and pronounce them.
I´ve taken an oral test, I´ve checked homeworks also I´ve helped when they have to be formed, we´ve played to hung in English and even I helped to the teacher in order to watch them while they having lunch.
The environment is great, always they are ready to learn though at the beginning, it wasn´t like that just as told me the teacher.
My relation with the students is good, they are tenders with me and always they ask something if they have doubt. In general we don´t have problems doing classes though always there will have children who cannot be quiet in the course, but they are only three those who do it.
Task 2.
I have liked a lot my work as a future teacher, I didn´t think that it´d be so exciting and gratifying on having felt that I can help in classes being that I don´t like the theory as the practice how I´ve discovered so far.
Thanks to VISE I could have learned a bit more on what to do in certain moments when I´d have to do classes for myself. The teacher always has been pending on that does well my work and in general I have a great time teaching that is the better thing of everything.

Task 1:
1) We have been working with “the elements of the house”. First we ask for some magazines to cut some images related to the house and do the work more didactic.
Then the girls have to organized these images according to the different rooms ( living-room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, dining-room).
Finally we check how much they have worked and we gave them a guide to work in class. Fortunately I have helped in all the activities.
2) The classroom is white; it has three windows and the atmosphere is relaxed but noisy. The girls are always asking for new words in English.
Task 2:
I like how we worked, because the teacher is giving the instruction and I am solving doubts. I think is a good idea to have an assistant in every English class room. I think that being assistant is really funny because we can be really near of the little girls and trying to catch their attention.

One day the teacher asked to me to do one workshop with the student and I did it, what else, whatever the teacher asked to me to do I did it. I don’t know what else can I say, I guess, I was a good assistant.
Another day I had to help to student in a presentation and I did it and the show was very good.

The environment in class is very good,, some times there are students who does not behave in a very good way, but that is minimal, the students share their knowledge and there are not big problems with the students in class.

1.The first activity was to help the teacher with students given to them a few sentences of "If clause" for order the sentences and then give them some kind of card whit a verb and them was to invent a sentence, my mission in the class was answer the questions of the student and repeat the instruction
2. the atmosphere inside the classroom is not the best students are very restless and rude, but when the teacher said that this work would be assessed the attitude change in all the class, my interaction with students is very good they respect me a lot even though we are almost the same age (of course they do not know) they call me teacher (in high school) and aunt (in primary), whit some of them I created a very good relationship but with other not much because don’t speak very much with the teacher. Between them the relationship is very god and they help each other even we say that they can’t do that, but like in everywhere there is a group that are very annoying and they mock of everybody.

Yes and no, I really love to be in the classroom because is amazing I love create a bond with the kids and talk to them is great for me have to go to the school specially because I love the environment there I know that the school have many kid with problems but I believe that they are who need more help and need more love.
Some time don’t like to be the assistant because when the teacher is teaching some thing new I have to be quite and wait to the teacher finish to can do something in the class, and I feel like I was a student again and that feeling is very annoying and I get boring.
But I love when some student ask me and I can give to them another way to learn the content or help them answering their questions.

1) I have participated in the following activities:
At the beginning of the class, I am the person in charge of call the roll, and then when the teacher starts showing the contents to the students, I tried to check that every student understood the instruction, contents, exercises, etc. if they didn’t understand I help them and give some extra support, this is effective because is a more personalised teaching.
Sometimes I am in charge alone off the class, I do the activities and exercises by myself, this is very helpful for me, because it gives me the experience of being a real teacher.
2) The atmosphere inside of the class room is very good, because the interaction between me, the teacher and the students is warm and amenable, so the students show themselves like they really are, the confidence in the classroom helps in the learning of the students. They always ask respectfully for the things that they need and don’t understand, so there is a good communication between all the people on the classroom.
My participation inside of the class has been giving me a lot of experience, I am learning a lot about the behaviour of the students, the techniques that the teacher uses to show and teach the contents is very helpful, because I take the good things about his way of teaching and I can change or integrate different things for the learning of the students, like other kind of activities, give a more personalised assistance, etc.
I feel very well with the students, I created a warm and respectful relationship with all
the students, I spend a good time with the kids and I think that I help them with the English contents, but I feel that I need to learn more, but I am sure that I will do it.

Task Nº1: Collaboration activities
1.- Since I started going to School, I have been able to work as the teacher assistant. The first day I just observed the classroom atmosphere but from then, I have assisted the students while the teacher gives an activity and also to keep the order between them. The last two classes the teacher has given me the oportunity of taking her place by giving instructions of some task or gothe purpose of attending, assisting and helping me when I was in her position.
2.- The classroom atmosphere is passive. The students pay attention when we direct ourselfs towards them. They show respect to me as I to them. Sometimes, some of them don´t focus on the task I’m giving or they are distracted which intercedes with the classroom’s learning. In that case, I call their attention. For instance, I make them focus on me by insisting an answer to what the task consisted on.
Between the students highlighting ing over some matter. During this process, she has had the caring of following me with that most of them are girls and two boys. They have shown once or twice some conflicts between them. I have percibed that because of personal problems they have a complex attitude and therefore a complicated reaction to difficulties, between them ir while we are teaching them. In this case, the teacher talks to them personally and they effectively respond to it.
Task Nº2: Reflection
Since the very beginning, each day that passes has made me realize that I like the classroom atmosphere. While I assist the students and also the teacher, I feel useful in terms of educating and acomplishing that one or more students may understand the English teaching when they aren’t even fond of it.
It is complicated to make students focus on something they may don’t like and then you tend to look for your own ways of getting an answer from them and when you realiz you can be able to achieve this, it is a great satisfaction. Maybe they won’t retain the English as a matter itself but they may remember the situation or context where they learned something about it, as a game for example.
Another aspect that I liked about assistance is that you can actually start evaluating yourself at interaction with students, you can distinguish your performance by the answers you get at dealing with all kinds of personalities and ages. So then, in the future, you will know what kind of audience you may be able to manage yourself better. In my personal experience, I still don’t know, but I do enjoy the challenge of dealing with 5º and 8º grade.

1.1 I would like to say that the way I think I have collaborated with the school has been appropriated to the requests that I have been given. I have called the role. I have helped with the test schedule of the last unit. I was asked to participate with the students in the last unit, this means that I have stood up in front of the board and explained some things (for example tenses) to the students, I have also organized some activities for the class in order to make them more entertaining.
1.2 Fortunately I can say that the atmosphere in the classroom has been very respectful and the students have shown interest for the activities that the teacher and I have prepared for them. If there is one complain that I could point out is the fact that when I was in front of the board the students got a little carried away, but I was able to control them, the teacher did not interfere, and that was a bit challenging.

2.1 I feel very well with the tasks that I have done, because I believe that I have done a good job as an assistant, in times it has been challenging especially nowadays, mainly because I accepted the proposal that the teacher gave me, which was to go through the last unit almost alone, I cannot say that I’m completely alone due to the fact that the teacher is almost all the time in the classroom, but she does not interfere when I’m in front of the board “teaching”, luckily I have earned the respect of the students and that is priceless, this is not the first time that I have been in front of an audience, but it is very different to stand up there once or twice than to be in front everyday and prepare the classes for everyone, in a way I know that I’m doing more than I should but since I have got the teacher’s support and the students’ attention, I’m not afraid to continue doing the classes, and besides it is just for a couple of weeks since the semester is about to end.

I'm very sorry for uploading the team teaching task now, but as you now I have had a lot of difficulties and one of those is that I have had not enough classes in the school, so I'm uploading now because is just now that I have the material and the experience to talk about a team teaching plan.
1.- I have collaborated to the class helping to mantain the students attention in the class. This kids are sometimes not willing to pay attenion, so I go to them and stay with them for a while telling what they have to do, answering their questions, and explaining them what the teacher is saying, this is a team work because the teacher can do the class without having to stop to explain over and over the same thing, that is what I do.
Another thing is that before the class starts I ask the teacher what is going to teach, so I am prepared and I know what the teacher wants his students to learn.
2.- Reflection.
Up to this point, regardless the numbers of classes I have had in VISE attending to the school, I have seen what kids think English is, and how do they want their classes. Related to the team tecahing I can say that knowing this has helped me to "reach" the student, I have the impression that they think that I know how they want things to be explained, because now the ask me all the time.
In general, the experience was good, I have had a great time talking to the kidss. In one opportunity the teacher didn't come so I did the class (with no material at all) but it was ok, because the student thought it was funny that I explained everything in terms that they could understand easily.
